13. SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions  If you choose to join our SMS messaging program, the following terms apply:

  • 1. SMS Program Description: OOEDN offers SMS messaging programs for both non-marketing purposes (order updates, delivery tracking, customer support, booking confirmations) and marketing purposes (promotions, discounts, and exclusive offers).

  • 2. Opt-In & Opt-Out: You may opt into these programs by explicitly providing your consent via our website forms. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.
